Cove & Cross Coffeeworks LLC (“Cove & Cross,” “we,” or “us”) operates coveandcross.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

For private events, this may include the occasion, date, venue, and estimated guest count. For market inquiries, it may include the market name, location, days, and hours. Who receives information
Shopify hosts our website. Cloudflare helps process form submissions and verify that they aren’t spam. Resend delivers form notifications to our business inbox, and Google Workspace hosts that inbox. These providers receive information needed to perform their respective services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or a legal claim.
External websites linked from our site have their own privacy policies. Our policy does not cover what those sites collect when you visit them.
Cookies and privacy choices
You can manage cookies through your browser and through any privacy controls displayed on the site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. You can browse without submitting an inquiry, but we need a way to reach you if you want a response.
Retention and security

Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
